Thanks to those who responded to yesterday's photograph question. The consensus is that it means that once someone goes to hell he finally "believes", but it is too late. I don't like that marquee because I think a lot of people will take it literally.

I agree with your post here. Once a non-believer gets to hell, they will know the TRUTH, but their fate has already been decided. Very sad.
It is "too smart" of a marquee for people to "get" though, so I agree it shouldn't be there to try to make a point to non-believers either!
